Malcolm earned his Diploma of Technology in Micro-Electronics from BCIT and has completed numerous industry courses with suppliers, such as Apple, IBM, Novell (now MicroFocus), and Ingram Micro, to stay up to date with the ever changing world of technology.

At the College of New Caledonia, Malcolm helped design and deliver the popular Computer Network Technician Certificate (CNET) course, focussing on operating systems, professional relations, and networking software.

As a true northerner, Malcolm spends his free time enjoying the outdoors, especially on skis!
